How To Submit Artwork To The Showroom

To have your artwork published in the showroom, you must be a member of the Roswell Fine Arts League / New Mexico Miniature Arts Society.

Each artist who wishes to be included should submit:

  • a short biography,
  • and a digital photograph or self-portrait.

In addition, for each piece of artwork to be included in the showroom, we need:

  • the title or item number of the artwork,
  • a short description,
  • the type of artwork (e.g. Digital Art, Ceramic, Oil),
  • the price and shipping costs or if shipping is included in the price,
  • the size of the art piece,
  • and a digital picture of the artwork.

This information can be submitted via email to Elizabeth Adams or on a CD in her file at The Gallery. Please use the attached form. If you need assistance, please click here to email her.

The fee to be included in the showroom is $10 per month. In October, we will reevaluate this fee and lower it if possible.
